Matthew Sikes

Matt Sikes is Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for Dollar General Corp., based in Nashville, Tennessee. He has worked in the compliance and legal fields for more than 20 years in the retail, manufacturing, and financial services sectors and in private law practice. His work has focused on building international compliance organizations and identifying and managing enterprise-level regulatory risk. He advocates for ethics and integrity as drivers of corporate culture. Matt graduated from Harvard College and Georgetown Law Center.
