Accessing the Sessions
To access your live-streamed session(s), click the “Sessions” tab to view the schedule and launch from there by clicking on the "Attend Session” tab. 

Alertness Check

We are actively monitoring attendance. At random times throughout each session, you will be prompted with an audio alert & a pop-up to confirm that you are still actively participating in the session. Active attendance monitoring is only required if you will be requesting external CEUs for NASBA or CLE credits. If you only need Compliance Certification Board (CCB) ® continuing education units (CEUs), it is not required to participate in active monitoring, and you may ignore the prompts. Please note there is no way to turn the audio or pop-up prompts off.

Accessing and Downloading Handouts
To access all currently available conference materials, click the "Handouts" tab or access them in the Resource section of the player during the live session.

Online Evaluations
To access the session and speaker evaluations, click the "Evaluations" tab under the "Sessions" header. We ask that you complete an evaluation for each session, as well as the overall evaluation which is located at the top of the evaluations tab.

Create a Profile
Use your profile to add credentials, job title, organization name, contact details, and upload a headshot to put a face to your name. You may connect with other attendees as well.

Engage in Chat During Sessions
When you are logged into a session, you will see the chat window within the virtual player where you can say hello, introduce yourself, and engage with other participants. You can also direct message another attendee to chat privately.

Ask Questions to the Speakers
Use the questions window within the virtual player to ask questions directly to session speakers, who will be able to answer in real-time.

Take Notes
Easily jot down key takeaways from the session you are viewing and receive them automatically via email once the session ends.

Will I receive a recording of this conference?
Conference recordings are available for purchase at a discounted rate for registered attendees. Please note that personal audio or video recording during sessions is not permitted.
