Virna Di Palma

Head of Strategic Initiatives, Ethixbase360

Virna brings nearly 20 years of experience in anti-bribery compliance, with a background that spans international law, regulatory compliance, and counterterrorism. As Head of Global Content & Brand at Ethixbase360, a global leader in third-party risk management and compliance technology, she leads thought leadership efforts, brand development, and other strategic marketing initiatives. Previously, Virna spent over a decade in a leadership role at a globally recognized non-profit anti-bribery business association, where she helped advance compliance best practices among multinational corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises worldwide. Earlier in her career, as Senior Program Director for the American Conference Institute, she launched the first-ever anti-corruption conferences in Brazil, India, Russia, and the UAE. She began her career at the London-based think tank Demos, where she focused on counter-terrorism strategies as a global security researcher. Virna holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Northeastern University and a master’s degree in international peace and security from King’s College London. She is based in New York City.
