Vera Pires

Vera Pires is currently the Director of Ethics and Compliance for Latin America Region at The Nature Conservancy. With over 25 years’ experience in Operations in different industries, with degrees in Business Administration and Psychology, Vera has experience in many areas of operations, process analysis, mapping and project management working cross-functionally across countries. She is passionate about behavior science, and this was one of the reasons she decided to transition to Ethics & Compliance, she firms beliefs that human behavior and its motivation are one of the keys to improve and promote ethical behavior not only in organizations but in life.
