Mrs. Gromadzki-Hobby is the Sr. Director, Ethics & Compliance Officer, Americas at TD SYNNEX. In her role, Tanja leads the regional Ethics and Compliance Program for the Americas region supporting both the proactive and reactive components of the program. She embraces being a liaison for the business by helping the organization continue to make business decisions with ethics and integrity front of mind. Tanja has experience working in multi-national operations and is fluent in German. Prior to rejoining the TD SYNNEX Ethics and Compliance Team, she was the Corporate Compliance Manager for Chewy, Inc., leading their awareness and outreach initiatives including policy management, training initiatives, and internal communication development and strategy. In addition to receiving her law degree from Stetson University College of Law, Tanja obtained her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Florida Saint Petersburg and her Bachelor of Business Administration within three years at the University of Miami. Tanja is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) through the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics.
