Sarah Tischer has been with Neumann Kaffee Gruppe since 2016. She has built up the group-wide compliance management system with an emphasis on knowledge sharing through training, risk analyses, due diligence & complaints mechanisms. She is also leading the Responsible Business Program of NKG since the beginning of 2021. The new sustainability program sets out four objectives (Promoting responsible conduct within NKG, Growing impact in our supply chains, Improving farmer livelihoods and Improving our environmental footprint) which reflect the integrated approach to compliance and corporate responsibility pursued by the group. Sarah holds a Ph.D. (management/ business ethics) as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Governance and Public Policy and a Diploma in International Business & Regional Studies from University Passau/ Universidade Federal da Bahia.
