Ethics Director, Lockheed Martin

Roxane MacGillivray, CCEP, is the Director of Ethics for Enterprise Operations and International for Lockheed Martin. In this role she oversees the ethics program for the corporate headquarters functions and the international operations. For over 20 years, Roxane worked in different capacities and business areas across Lockheed Martin including Legal, EEO and Ethics & Business Conduct. She manages a geographically dispersed global team of ethics officers who ensure compliance with the LM Code of Conduct and Corporate values of do what's right; respect others and perform with excellence. Roxane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida, is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) and a Certified Fraud Examiner. Prior to her employment at Lockheed Martin, Roxane spent over 17 years working in a large commercial law firm as a litigation paralegal manager overseeing complex litigation matters in state and federal courts. She was an adjunct professor at the University of Central Florida, Sonoma State University and Valencia College and currently sits on the Paralegal Advisory Board of Valencia College in Orlando, Florida.
