Rebecca (Becky) Rohr is the Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Investigations at Ericsson, where she supervises a team of compliance professionals, lawyers and investigators around the world. She joined Ericsson in 2022 from Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where she was the Vice President of Anti-Corruption and Global Trade. Before joining HPE in 2016, Ms. Rohr had served at the U.S. Department of Justice for many years, most recently as the Principal Deputy Chief of the Fraud Section in the Criminal Division, where she supervised over 120 prosecutors who worked on cases involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, financial and securities fraud, and health care fraud. Previously, she served as Acting Deputy Chief of Staff and Counselor to the Assistant Attorney General of the Criminal Division, and as an A.U.S.A. in the Southern District of New York. Ms. Rohr also worked at Covington & Burling LLP after beginning her career at DOJ in the Attorney General's Honors Program in the Civil Fraud Section of the Civil Division. Ms. Rohr is a graduate of the U.C.L.A. School of Law and Cornell University, and she clerked for the Hon. Harry L. Hupp in the Central District of California. Ms. Rohr is also CCEP and CCEP-I certified. She lives in Washington, DC. with her twin children.
