Patricia Faulkner

Patricia “Patty” Faulkner has been with HP Inc. for 24 years. Currently, Patty is an Ethics Program Manager in HP’s Ethics and Compliance Office, with primary responsibility for ethics training and communications. In this role, Patty is responsible for simplifying the complex to make mandatory training engaging and relevant for HP’s diverse employee population. Prior to Ethics and Compliance, Patty spent 17 years on the HP Legal Labor and Employment team, specializing in workplace investigations, investigating and responding to state and federal agency claims. Patty has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Averett University, and is based in Roseville, California.
