Paige Shannon serves as ATI's Compliance Officer and Corporate Counsel. In this role, she works with ATI leadership to develop and implement legal and compliance strategies for the company. In addition, Ms. Shannon oversees the day-to-day operations of the Compliance Department and provides legal guidance to ATI leadership and business units, including the Program Management Office, Finance, Contracts Management, and Human Resources departments.
Ms. Shannon has more than 15 years of experience as a general counsel and compliance officer in the federal contracting sector. Prior to joining ATI, she was Deputy General Counsel and Vice President of Risk and Compliance at Kforce, Inc., an international professional staffing firm specializing in the areas of technology and finance/accounting. She also previously served as General Counsel for Horne International and as General Counsel and Director of Human Resources for Infinite Computer Solutions.
