Noshin Khan, Senior Compliance Counsel, Ethics Center of Excellence at OneTrust Noshin is a passionate, technology-oriented Senior Compliance Counsel for whom “doing the right thing” must be at the core of the actions we take in work and personal life. At OneTrust, in addition to supporting the building and implementation of the internal Ethics & Compliance program, Noshin focuses on the EMEA Laws, specifically, the European Whistleblower Protection Directive with its multiple nuances, the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive, Sapin II and the Duty of Vigilance Law (France). Prior to joining OneTrust, Noshin was a Global Compliance Manager at Forensic Risk Alliance, a consulting firm specializing in Forensic Accounting, Data Governance, Bribery, Corruption & Fraud Investigation. Noshin is Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional – International (CCEP-I), Leadership Professional in Ethics & Compliance (LPEC), Certified in Ethics of AI from the London School of Economics and Political Science and also CIPP/E, CIPM, FIP certified from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
