Nick Connor

Nicholas Connor is Senior Counsel at Johnson & Johnson where he primarily focuses on government and internal investigations. Nick also handles a wide variety of civil litigation brought by government agencies such as DOJ, the SEC and state Attorneys General across the country, and counsels J&J’s global businesses on the FCPA and other anti-corruption laws. Before joining J&J, Nick served as a Trial Attorney in the Public Integrity Section of the U.S. Department of Justice and as an Assistant District Attorney in Manhattan. He previously served as a law clerk to Judge Eric N. Vitaliano in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Nick holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. from Northwestern University.
