Meredith Taylor is the founder of Redbird Coaching, an executive coaching firm serving clients throughout the United States. Redbird offers 1:1 leadership, executive, and whole-self coaching for individuals looking for an outside partner to help them define their goals, raise self-awareness, and reach their potential. Before founding Redbird Coaching, Meredith spent over 20 years at Walmart, Inc. where she served in a broad range of leadership and executive roles and was a proven leader with extensive experience building and developing high-performing teams within Walmart Legal and Global Ethics & Compliance divisions. She was also known for exercising strong judgment and providing broad-based solution-oriented support who leveraged industry knowledge and experience to enable partners to attain business goals. Additionally, Meredith has taught Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility to undergraduate business students at the University of Arkansas Walton College of Business since 2018. She also serves on the University of Arizona Eller College of Management, Center for Leadership Ethics Advisory Board, and is the President of the Board of Directors for the Northwest Arkansas Community Clinic. Meredith is a graduate of Hendrix College, with a B.A. in Biology, and of the University of Arkansas School of Law with a Juris Doctorate and is a member of the Arkansas Bar.
