Marvin Price

Marvin N. Price Jr.is serving as the the Director of Criminal Enforcement for the Antitrust Division, U.S. Department of Justice. Prior to becoming Director, he was the Chief of the Chicago Office of the Antitrust Division for about 14 years. He has also served in the Division as an Assistant Chief and Special Assistant, and is one of the Divisions Professional Responsibility Officers. Marvin received his BA from the University of California, San Diego, his MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, and his JD from George Washington University Law School. Fun fact: While serving in the U.S. Air Force, Marvin lived for a year on a small island in the East China Sea called Okino Erabu Shima.
