Marianne Ibrahim

MARIANNE IBRAHIM is the Chief Compliance Officer at ChampionX with operations in over 60 countries. She is responsible for global ethics and compliance and trade compliance across the company. She oversees a internal investigations, compliance audits of foreign subsidiaries, joint ventures and commercial sales representatives in high risk and emerging markets, global risk assessments, and third party governance. She serves as the Co-Chair of the Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM“) Committee and provides guidance on inherent and residual risks. She works closely with the business and gatekeeper functions to monitor and continually improve governance and internal controls. Marianne is also the executive sponsor for Human Rights initiatives at ChampionX. She enjoys working in a global jurisdiction and has traveled to 91 countries.
