Maria Lancri

Maria has extensive experience in assisting listed groups and SMEs with their projects in France and abroad. She has been involved in numerous internal and counterparty audits, and in setting up compliance programs tailored to the specific needs of each of her clients. Prior to joining Squair, Maria worked for leading French law firms, as well as in-house, as Deputy General Counsel and Compliance Manager. Her expertise has been recognized by Leaders League. Maria has taught in the ESSEC Advanced Certificate program - Women Be European Board Ready and the IRIS program - Analyst in International Strategy, and is a member of the Scientific Committee of the DU Ethique & Compliance des Affaires at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Maria holds an LL.M. from Southern Methodist University (Dallas, TX) and a Master's degree from the Université de Nice.
