Kristine LM Robidoux

Kris is currently serving as Legal Counsel with the Calgary Police Service on a special project to strengthen existing partnerships with health and social sector agencies to provide enhanced supports for people facing vulnerability due to mental health and addictions. This includes the foundational work to pursue the establishment of an integrated mental health and addictions crisis intervention and response centre to provide short term stabilization wrap-around care for persons in crisis. Kris also has broad experience representing corporations, boards of directors, company officers and directors on all aspects of corporate ethics and compliance. She has created or managed compliance programs in the areas of domestic and international anti-bribery and corruption laws, privacy and data protection laws, competition laws, securities laws, export control laws, sanctions, market conduct regulations, energy trading regulations and business ethics.
