Katrina Campbell

Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer, International Rescue Committee

Katrina is the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer for the International Rescue Committee. In this role, she manages the Ethics and Compliance Unit and chairs the IRC's Compliance Working Group. Katrina is a seasoned ethics and compliance professional who has expertise in investigations, training, policies, codes of conduct and ethics advice. She is a former CECO of Relief International and Ethics Advisor for the UN Population Fund, and has served in the United Nations in multiple staff and consulting ethics roles. Katrina formerly taught Business Ethics and other courses at Rutgers University School of Business in New Jersey (USA). She serves on the Boards of Directors for the U.S. Tennis Association's Eastern Section and for Serving Up Hope, an international tennis and education non-profit. Katrina is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Hampton University.
