Katrina Campbell is Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer for Relief International, an international humanitarian organization with expertise serving beneficiaries in the most fragile settings around the world. Katrina has decades of experience as an international ethics and compliance expert, having served in and consulted to numerous multilateral development organizations, private sector companies and professional organizations on ethics and compliance matters. Katrina has conducted investigations of employee misconduct around the world, taught thousands of professionals how to conduct investigations, and developed and delivered online and in-person compliance and employment law training programs for clients in diverse industries. She began her career as a litigator and employment lawyer at a top law firm and has worked as in-house employment and employee benefits counsel. Immediately before joining RI, Katrina was an assistant professor at Rutgers Business School in New Jersey (USA), where she continues to teach part-time; and she owned an ethics and compliance consulting business. Prior to that, Katrina was the Ethics Advisor for the United Nations Population Fund and an ethics officer for the United Nations.
