Karen Nightingale

Karen is the Group Director of Ethics & Compliance at Entain, a global sports betting, gaming and interactive entertainment company, with nearly 29,000 employees across the globe. She is responsible for developing the company’s compliance programme in relation to antitrust law, sanctions, bribery, corruption, modern slavery and tax evasion. Her role covers all aspects of a compliance framework, from risk assessments and polices to learning and engagement, and everything in between.
