Karen (KC) Nightingale

KC is the Group Ethics Director at Entain, a leading sports betting and gaming company, with 30,000 employees around the world. She is responsible for developing the company’s ethics and compliance program in relation to antitrust, sanctions, bribery, corruption, modern slavery, fraud and tax evasion. Her role covers all aspects of a compliance framework, from risk assessments and polices to learning and engagement, and everything in between.
