Julia Bailey

Julia K. Bailey is the Senior Vice President of Global Ethics & Compliance and Chief Compliance Counsel at Maximus, a publicly traded government services leader that has partnered with federal, state, and international agencies for over 50 years to deliver transformative solutions in health, human services, education, and technology. In her global role, Julia leads the strategic advancement of ethics and compliance across the enterprise. She oversees a high-impact team responsible for the full scope of the company’s compliance program, including internal investigations, policy governance, training, third-party risk management, political activity oversight, and other mission-critical initiatives that foster an ethical culture and ensure regulatory alignment. Julia brings decades of legal and compliance leadership experience from top-tier corporations including Jacobs Engineering, Honeywell, BAE Systems, and Northrop Grumman. She holds a BA from Southern Methodist University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law, and an MBA from Georgetown University.
