Jordan Segall

Jordan E. Segall is the Legal Counsel for Ethics and Compliance at Xylem, a leading water technology and water solutions company. In this role, he works to oversee and enhance Xylem's global investigations and compliance program that operates in over 150 countries. Prior to joining Xylem, Jordan was the Director of the Ethics and Compliance Office at Temple University. He also previously worked for nine years for the city of Philadelphia, where he held several investigator and attorney roles with the Office of the Inspector General and the Board of Ethics. In his time with Temple and the city of Philadelphia, Jordan worked to build and monitor Temple's first ever corporate compliance program. He also conducted and led numerous ethics, fraud and compliance investigations, many of which culminated in enforcement actions, settlement agreements, and disciplinary actions. He routinely has drafted policy reports to prevent future misconduct and he often provides advice and training to avoid violations. Jordan earned a BA in Law and Society (summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa) from American University in Washington, D.C., and a JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
