Jonny Frank

Jonny Frank has over 40 years of public, private and education sector experience in forensic investigations, compliance and risk management. Jonny serves as the DOJ- appointed Independent Compliance and Business Ethics Monitor to Deutsche Bank and Independent Compliance Auditor to Stellantis (formerly Fiat Chrysler) He previously served as the DOJ Executive Deputy Monitor to Volkswagen; the SEC-approved Independent Consultant to a Big Three Rating Firm; SEC-approved forensic adviser to the Independent Consultant to a Big Four Audit; the N.Y. Department of Financial Services-appointed Independent Compliance Monitor to the nation’s largest non-bank mortgage servicer, and the DOJ-appointed Independent Consultant to a $2.5 trillion investment bank. After clerking for a federal judge, he served 12 years as a DOJ prosecutor and later spent 14 years as a partner at PwC, where he founded and led the firm’s global Fraud Risks & Controls (“FR&C”) practice. Jonny also served on the faculties of the Yale School of Management, Fordham University Law School, and Brooklyn Law School.
