Jenny M. O'Brien

Jenny OBrien is an experienced compliance professional and attorney contributing to and serving on non-profit and publicly held executive leadership teams. She has held leadership roles in government, non-profit and for-profit organizations, including Chief Compliance Officer of UnitedHealthcare, the nations largest health insurance company. Her experience in government includes legislative policy roles and serving as an assistant attorney general. Additionally, she served as the Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer for a large non-profit integrated health care system and as partner in a law firm. Jenny is on the Board of Directors and past president of the Health Care Compliance Association/Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics, a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Audit & Compliance Committee for Bon Secours Mercy Health and sits on the Board of Directors of the St. Charles Health System. Jenny has serves as an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas Law School and currently sits on the Health Law Advisory Council at Mitchell Hamline Law School. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of St. Thomas, law degree from William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota and a Masters in Health Care Delivery Science from Dartmouth College.
