Jeff Goldberg

Jeff Goldberg is a deeply experienced and highly effective senior executive, strategic advisor, and people leader with more than 25 years of extensive civil and criminal litigation and investigations experience in a wide array of foreign and domestic settings. He currently serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, and Head of Litigation & Regulatory at CLEAR – the biometrics identity company – where he manages all commercial and regulatory litigation, oversees corporate and operational compliance, and leads cross-functional initiatives. Before joining CLEAR, Jeff clerked for two federal judges, was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, served for many years as a prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice, and was Head of Government & Regulatory Litigation at Amazon for a decade. Jeff graduated from Lehigh University and from the New York University School of Law. Before law school, he was a CPA with Arthur Andersen.
