Jannica Houben

Ms. Houben is a global compliance attorney and transformation leader. She is currently serving as VP, Global Legal Transformation at TD SYNNEX, the world´s largest distributor of technology products, services, and solutions and currently ranked No. 73 on the Fortune 500. Ms. Houben is responsible for leading all transformation and process improvement projects for the global legal and compliance organization at TD SYNNEX. Previously, she was the Director, Ethics & Compliance, for Europe. In this role, she was responsible for the full range of activities associated with implementing and maintaining the ethics & compliance program of Tech Data in Europe, including conducting and supervising internal investigations and advising the management team. She was also responsible for a broad-ranging anti-corruption compliance program, including risk assessment, communication, as well as due diligence protocols for third parties. In addition, Ms. Houben had global responsibility for all ethics-related training, policy and communication at Tech Data. Before that, she was an attorney with Clifford Chance in Amsterdam, where she focused on competition law, corporate compliance and business ethics. Ms. Houben has represented a broad range of international clients in different sectors on a variety of corporate and compliance matters, including cartel investigations, merger notifications and assessments of compliance programs. She is based in Barcelona, Spain. Ms. Houben received her Masters degree in European & International Law from Tilburg University in the Netherlands, while completing parts of her studies in Singapore and the United States. She also has a CCEP-I qualification. She is fluent in Dutch, English and German and proficient in Spanish.
