Jan Knop

Jan Knop is the Head of Ethics & Compliance for Airbus Commercial, based in Toulouse, France. Prior to joining Airbus Commercial, Jan was in charge of Airbus’ Legal & Compliance department for the Africa & Middle East Region. Before that, Jan was a Senior Associate in the corporate practice of Clifford Chance LLP in Munich and in Abu Dhabi, where he advised clients on M&A, Corporate and Tax Law matters. Jan has extensive experience in compliance, including anti-bribery/anti-corruption and internal investigations. Jan Knop received his legal diploma from the University of Passau (Germany) in 2003. He holds a PhD in Company Law.
