Isha Ghodke

Isha is a Director & Managing Legal Counsel for Regulatory & Compliance at Boston Consulting Group. Isha drives global regulatory and compliance initiatives impacting BCG’s businesses in over 60 countries. She regularly advises senior leaders on regulatory, compliance and litigation matters, and reputational impact. Prior to BCG, Isha was an associate at Ropes & Gray in New York where she advised clients on government and cross-border internal investigations concerning anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, sanctions, and fraud matters. Isha graduated from the University of Georgia and the New York University School of Law.
