Erin joined Lockheed Martin in 2011 and has held various position at the company during her career. She started in Aegis Production Program Finance where she led a diverse portfolio of 14 Delivery Orders under a Firm Fixed Price contract. Erin then joined the the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) where she had roles in Program Planning, Government Finance & Compliance and a final rotation through Corporate Internal Audit in 2016. During her corporate Internal Audit rotation, she had the opportunity to provide analytical support for an Ethics matter. After completing the FLDP program, Erin joined RMS working on the Value Acceleration Team, a corporate initiative focused on affordability. Soon after, Erin joined the Ethics Organization, after enjoying her support during her last rotation. Erin has been in the Ethics Organization since 2017 and has provided data analytics support and program management support. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Tampa, and a Masters Degree from Syracuse University.
