Elizabeth Fitzpatrick is the Vice President and General Counsel, Global Trade Sanctions at Honeywell International Inc. Ms. Fitzpatrick joined Honeywell from the law firm, Arnold & Porter, where her practice focused on national security, including trade sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control at the US Department of the Treasury (OFAC) and export controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Prior to Arnold & Porter, Ms. Fitzpatrick worked as a treaty analyst within the Office of the Legal Adviser at the US Department of State and was a member of the US delegation to the New START (Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty) with the Russian Federation. Ms. Fitzpatrick received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis, School of Law, where she was Editor in Chief of the Law Review.
