David Peet

David Peet serves as the Director, Global Compliance Investigations Counsel of Dentsply Sirona. In this role, he manages DS’s global investigations function and compliance remediation processes and is responsible for conducting and supervising investigations, training and managing both compliance and HR resources, and implementing investigations policies and procedures. Before joining DS in 2023, he served as outside counsel to multinationals both in high-stakes internal and government investigations, counsel as part of a DOJ-appointed corporate compliance monitorship team, and in a dual investigations and counseling role for Red Hat, an open-source software company. As outside counsel, he was a Partner in the Investigations, Enforcement & White Collar practice of K&L Gates LLP and an associate at Ropes & Gray LLP.
