Dave Jones

Dave is the Chief Compliance Officer of Mars, the iconic, privately-owned confectionery, petcare, and food company with over $45B in annual sales globally. In this role, Dave leads the global Ethics & Compliance team responsible for ESG, Privacy, Antitrust, Anticorruption and other General Compliance activities, including engagement with the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Dave previously served as general counsel for Mars' confectionery business (Mars Wrigley) in the Americas (2020-2022). Prior to joining Mars in 2020, Dave worked for seven years at another iconic global company, Campbell Soup Company, culminating with his role as Chief Counsel for the Snacks division (Pepperidge Farm/Snyder's-Lance). Dave started his legal career serving federal district court and appeals court clerkships before working at Dechert LLP as a commercial litigator. He is married with three daughters.
