Darren Hill CCEP
Director Ethics & Bus Conduct, Lockheed Martin
Darren Hill was appointed Director of the Ethics and Business Conduct Office for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company in July 2017. In this role, Darren is responsible for the Aeronautics Business Ethics Program. This scope includes providing oversight relating to communications, training, investigations and implementation of the Lockheed Martin Code of Ethics and Business Conduct standards to over 36,000 employees. Prior to this he was the Ethics Analysis Sr. Manger where he supported employees located in Fort Worth Texas and employees who are deployed worldwide. Darren has held numerous technical and leadership positions during his 26 years with Lockheed Martin. Prior to his Ethics roles, Darren served as the Production Control Manager in Greenville, SC where he was responsible for oversight of all production control support functions supporting the maintenance, repair and overhaul of aircraft. Darren has also held positions of calibration engineer, quality manager and production manager at Stennis Space Center in Mississippi and Cape Canaveral, Florida. He has also participated in several startup operations for Lockheed Martin. Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, he served for seven years as a metrologist in the U.S. Air Force. Darren has presented at several National Conferences on the topic of Ethics and Business Conduct to include the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) and the Ethics Compliance Institute (ECI). Darren has also spoken to several collegiate classes at a variety of Universities on this topic. Darren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Columbia College and an Associate’s Degree in Science in Electronic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force. Darren is also a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
