Dan Brady
Sr. Ethics Program Manager, U.S. Bank
After earning my B.S. from the University of Minnesota, I began working in compliance and enforcement position for the state environmental regulator. Over 10 years in government, my responsibilities combined technical science-based knowledge with regulatory applicability and problem-solving. My role evolved to focus on assessing risk, educating business owners, and communicating technical information to the public. During this time, I returned to the university to complete a Master of Public Health. I moved to the private sector and began training employees on compliance and security issues and enhancing regulatory programs, first at Target Corporation and then at U.S. Bank. Since 2017, my role as an ethics program manager at U.S. Bank has centered around maintaining our Code of Ethics, writing policies, developing and delivering ethics messaging to our employees in relevant ways, and leveraging behavioral science to capture their attention and challenge assumptions. I live in South Minneapolis with my wife and two daughters.
