Courtney Sander

Courtney Sander is a compliance athlete and currently drafted as the Global Compliance Project Manager at Flowserve Corporation. Leading major projects across the Integrity & Compliance function, Courtney develops and executes project plans focused on simplifying complex legal and regulatory requirements and turning them into business-friendly, practical guidance. Courtney brings a breadth of business and compliance experience to the table as shes worked in both in-house and vendor roles in a variety of functions and programs. Prior to joining the Flowserve team, Courtney worked at Broadcat where she was recruited as the companys first-ever Implementation Lead and was promoted to officially head up operations and manage all the projects. Courtney earned her Masters in Applied and Professional Ethics from the University of Leeds and is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional. She also received a Bachelor of Music degree and business management certificate from Boston University.
