Carolyn Lindsey

Carolyn Lindsey is Head of Ethics & Compliance at Tate & Lyle PLC in London. She is responsible for the company’s ethics and compliance programme globally, including establishing adequate procedures to manage anti-bribery, sanctions and third party risk. Prior to joining Tate & Lyle, Ms. Lindsey was Senior International Compliance Counsel at NBCUniversal where she was responsible for the international compliance programme outside of the US and Canada. She also served as Director of Advisory Services at TRACE International for five years before moving to the UK. Ms. Lindsey received a JD from the George Washington University School of Law in 2004.
