Caleb Janski

Caleb Janski is the Director of Healthcare Compliance for Signature Healthcare, overseeing compliance operations across long-term care facilities in the organization’s Kentucky market. In addition to his regional responsibilities, Caleb serves as Signature Healthcare’s AI Ethics Officer, where he leads the development of the company’s AI Governance Program. In this role, he guides enterprise-wide projects focused on increasing efficiency, enhancing regulatory alignment, and reducing operational burden through responsible AI integration. Through his work, Caleb has spearheaded the creation of innovative compliance tools that modernize traditional processes. He developed an AI-powered Open Payments audit solution that streamlines data extraction. He also transformed compliance liaison onboarding by introducing AI-driven training modules, ensuring consistent and accessible education across facilities. In the policy and legislative space, Caleb designed a GPT-based analyzer to simplify bill reviews and generate stakeholder communications, and he launched a virtual policy assistant in Microsoft Teams, providing staff with 24/7 access to company policies and compliance contacts. Caleb holds a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Southern California and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in AI Strategy from Cornell University. He combines his background in compliance and project leadership with a deep commitment to innovation, and he is passionate about modernizing compliance practices, making them more accessible, actionable, and effective.
