Anthony O'Reilly

Anthony has been an audit partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, the Chief Ethics Officer at State Street Corporation and Head of Professional Practices for internal audit at Siemens, AG. Anthony was selected as the first Chief Ethics Officer at State Street Corporation, a Global, Systemically-Important Bank as it settled with a national regulator for misconduct related to billing. Anthony helped the CEO navigate through an SEC Monitorship in the wake of this settlement by creating programs to foster ethical decision-making throughout all levels of the Bank, introducing new programs across the Bank globally and deploying a controls discipline to drive culture change. Prior to this, Anthony was selected by Siemens, AG as it settled its bribery matters with global regulators to upgrade the quality of its internal audit group.
