Anne Hardcastle

Anne Hardcastle, Global Head of Regional Compliance; Global Trade/ABC Center of Excellence Lead, IDEXX Laboratories Anne is the Global Head of Regional Compliance as well as the subject matter expert for ABC and Trade Sanctions risk at IDEXX. She manages the operation of regional compliance globally, advising the business on all facets of compliance within the IDEXX Code of Ethics. Anne also leads the Global Trade / Anti-Bribery & Corruption Center of Excellence, managing the company’s compliance with the rapidly evolving global trade sanctions, ABC, and anti-boycott landscape. Anne came to IDEXX with over a decade of inhouse experience, directing key compliance initiatives at Coca-Cola, PPG Industries, and Kimberly-Clark. She has a broad range of experience managing the design and implementation of global corporate compliance programs and processes, including anti-bribery and corruption, international trade, privacy, competition law, due diligence, internal investigations, risk assessments and ongoing monitoring. Prior to private practice, Anne was a litigator in NYC, starting her career at Latham & Watkins and later DLA Piper. Her practice focused on compliance with the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, white collar criminal defense litigation, domestic and international corporate internal investigations, global risk assessments and transactional due diligence reviews. Anne received her JD and MA from American University, Washington College of Law and School of International Service.
