Angelique Lee

Angelique Lee, Esq. is currently acting as a strategic consultant and fractional/interim CCEO in the Life Sciences Compliance & Ethics space. She previously served as VP and Global Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer for Jazz Pharmaceuticals, CCEO for GW Pharmaceuticals PLC, US General Counsel and Global Compliance Officer for Greenwich Biosciences/GW Pharmaceuticals, VP Legal and Compliance for Spectrum Pharmaceuticals. She started her career in R&D at Diagnostic Products Corporations, which was later acquired by Siemens AG. Angelique held various positions throughout the company, attending Loyola Law School in the evenings while maintaining her career, eventually finding her passion in life sciences law and ethics, as Dir. of Compliance at Siemens Healthcare DX. Angelique is a life sciences corporate counsel and CCEO with strategic business and relationship-minded approach to compliance and ethics. As a leader in the global compliance team at Siemens during their pivotal years after a major corporate corruption scandal, Angelique honed both her skills and professional philosophy around corporate compliance and ethics within the life sciences, particularly given its impact to international healthcare systems and most importantly, patients. At GW, Angelique combined behavioral science and the law to create her branded I-CARE approach, based on the principles of Integrity, Compliance, Accountability, Respect and Ethics to enable companies and the people who work there make ethical decisions and realize that doing the right thing can also be good for business.
